I am a runner, an average runner. It means I am not a fast runner, but I am not slow either.
The fact is, that whether fast or slow I love running. Whether on the road, bike path or or hilly trails with my dog, I find peace when I run.
Running keeps me fit, and proves to me that even with a chronic illness it is possible to run.

Running through Mt Glorious trails
This post is a little different, it's a video blog rather than a written piece. It was supposed to be a video of running on trails around Mt Glorious, but includes my musings on Crohn's Disease and the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. I also manage to fall flat on my face as well!!!
